When you have created a Blackboard test you can choose to Print a physical copy of the test for students to take.
- Click Print this reveals a menu with two options
- Print the Questions only as a blank paper for students to take
- Print the Questions with answers for marking purposes
The pop up print preview window will display the test and you can choose which printer to send this to.
You may also choose to save as a pdf copy for printing at a later time.
Questions Only
This displays the questions in order and the points possible.
Questions with answers
This displays the questions, the correct answers and the points possible, with any partial marking percentages.
Page Layout
Please note when printing test papers:
- Diagrams associated with the question will be kept on the same page as the question number and text.
- The answer options may be spread across multiple pages.
Print Pools
Please note Printing of pools will currently display a non-availability message, but will be available after the 8th Novemember
From 8th November, when printing pools you will be able to print the questions within a pool along with other questions in the test. If the test is a fixed format, the test will be in the correct order, with pool questions printed at random each print session. If you have set up to draw from a number of questions and display only a select number, these will be randomly assigned each print session.
