It is possible to print a Blackboard Test. The Test can be printed as a hardcopy or a PDF document. The printed test will include an answer sheet.
Print a Test
Open the test you wish to print. At the top of the test click the three dot menu. From the contextual menu select Print.
A print preview window will display the test and you can choose which printer to send this to, include save as PDF.
Page Layout
Please note when printing test papers:
- Diagrams associated with the question will be kept on the same page as the question number and text.
- The answer options may be spread across multiple pages.
Answer Key
The answer key is the first page of the printed document. It will include the test title and the questions in order, showing the answer for each question.
Test
The Test is the second section in the print preview. If you wish to print the test without the answer key use the Customise option in the Pages section of the print panel. Specify which pages you wish to include in the PDF starting from the page after the answer key.
This section will start with the test title, which includes the course code and name.
Print Pools
When printing tests with pools you will be able to print the questions within a pool along with other questions in the test.
If you have set up to draw from a number of questions and display only a select number, these will be randomly assigned each print session. The corresponding answer sheet will show the answers for these questions to aid paper based marking.
