Visiting our clinic

Your first paediatric appointment

Illness

If you are unwell, please do not come to clinic.

Sometimes your appointment can be rearranged by telehealth.

Infection control

  • Good hand and respiratory hygiene are important for stopping the spread of many bugs.
  • By teaching your child how to wash their hands properly with soap for 20 seconds, using a tissue to catch coughs and sneezes, and keeping away from others when feeling unwell, they will be able to reduce the risk of picking up or spreading infections.
  • Please do not come to the clinic for 48 hours following sickness or diarrhoea.

For information on Scarlet Fever and Strep A, please visit UKHSA update on scarlet fever and invasive Group A strep – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

We have a no nuts policy in the clinic.

Please do not bring any nuts to your appointments.

If you, or the person you are accompanying, has a severe allergic reaction, please let us know.
