Blackboard Learn Ultra
From September 2024, Blackboard Learn Ultra is the new interface for Blackboard Learn (the University’s Virtual Learning Environment).
Note: some modules are moving earlier to the updated platform, speak to your module convenor or lecturer if you are unsure.
Key information
Blackboard is used to provide you with flexible access to online learning, information and activities.
Each module that you study will use it’s own Blackboard Course.
Additionally, you may be enrolled onto Blackboard Organisations, which provide key information from your programme, School or Department, study skills or student wellbeing.
How it works?
1. Watch the Blackboard Learn Ultra video intro
2. Edit your profile and settings.
3. Download the Blackboard Mobile App.
