You may have used MS Teams to facilitate a teaching session. This could have been through Blackboard or through a regular Teams meeting. Any recordings in the meeting will be stored in your OneDrive and only accessible for 90 days post session.
Students won’t necessarily have automatic access to these recordings. In order to allow students access to these recordings you should transfer them to YuJa for full availability to your cohort.
Access your Teams recording
Go to your origional Teams meeting and access the recording in the Recap heading within the Teams meeting.
Select ‘Watch in browser’ to open the full options within the Clipchamp app.
Download the recording
Select Download from the new window heading options.
This will download your meeting video as an MP4. This is then ready to upload to YuJa.
