Paediatric clinic

Thank you for your patience over the last year whilst our paediatric clinic service has been in a period of redevelopment. We have worked hard to enhance the services we offer, ensuring that what we are providing is evidence based and is a better experience for children and their families.

To attend our clinic you / your child must:

  • Be able to travel to our clinic
  • Be happy for students to be involved in every aspect of the SLT journey, including observation, involvement in or running of sessions and liaison with your child’s education setting and other professionals
  • Live in an area with an RG postcode
  • Be aged between 2 years 0 months to 8 years 11 months

Our pathways are delivered by student speech and language therapists who are closely supervised by qualified specialist speech and language therapists.

We work with and alongside the NHS

We are actively managing our caseload and we only recruit to the pathways available for the next semester.
