You may wish to invite multiple or all students on a module to a Teams Meeting in your Ultra Course. To save having to manually input each of their email addresses, you can download a list of their email addresses from RISIS and paste into the Teams Meeting invitation in the Ultra Course. This guide details this process.
- Log into RISIS.
- Click the Working with modules tab and select Working with modules.

3. Select New Classlist.

4. Enter module code, select academic year and click Email to highlight. Click Run Process.

5. A report will generate with student email addresses listed in a column.

6. Copy and paste the table into an Excel file (or Crtl+a, Crtl+v to copy the whole page).
7. Highlight only the email addresses and copy and paste into the invitees field of the Teams Meeting invitation. Click Send to send to the invitees.
