Blackboard Ultra Test tool can be used as a summative assessment tool or as a learning activity for self-scheduled study.

Blackboard Tests in Ultra courses can be used for formative and summative assessments as well as asynchronous activities on your course.
Tests can be used in conjunction with Release Conditions to reveal content only when the student has achieved a specific score.
Academic staff are responsible for creating tests. Programme administrators work with academic staff to ensure the settings are set in accordance to recommendations such as online exams guidance, where applicable.
How it works?
Tests can be created with a number of different questions types.
Some question types will auto mark, where as others will require marking, such as Essay questions.
It is possible to set up automatic feedback for questions that do not require manual marking.
It is possible to set a timer for your test which will auto submit student’s work at the end of the time allotted.
