Turnitin: Contacting Turnitin Support out of term time

If you have issues using Turnitin, you should normally log a ticket through the Self Service Portal.

However if you have an urgent issue when the University is closed – for instance at Christmas or Easter – you can log a ticket direct with Turnitin Support.

 

You can access Turnitin’s Help site by clicking on the Help icon within any Turnitin assignment inbox.

If you need to submit a help ticket, go to the Turnitin Support Center at https://supportcenter.turnitin.com/

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the link Raise a case request then complete the on-screen form.

For Product select Feedback Studio and under Access Route choose Blackboard.

To help Turnitin assist you, please provide as much information as possible – for instance

  • the Paper ID of a student submission
  • the Blackboard Course name
  • the Assignment name
