By default students are able to submit Regrade requests for all published assignments, and this cannot be disabled at the system level, so you will have to apply the settings for each assignment.

To disable regrade requests, go to the assignment you need to edit, click on Regrade Requests from the left sidebar then click Regrade Request Settings.

Now untick the ‘Regrade requests enabled’ box and press Save.
