Leadership begins with yourself and developing as a leader is personal. This session is for anyone who wants to understand more about leadership in teaching and learning through a personal lens. It will help you (re-)discover your core values and key motivators, through self-awareness and reflection. You will explore concepts such as impostor syndrome, work-life balance and finding inspiration to do great work. This session aligns with UKPFS A5, V3 and V4.
