The Support Centres are your students’ first port of call for any queries.  The Support Centres can provide advice or point students in the right direction for a range of academic and non-academic issues, including:

  • Module and programme advice
  • Timetable queries
  • Coursework and exams queries
  • Exceptional circumstances
  • Financial support
  • Disability assistance
  • Placements (you will be directed to your dedicated Support Centre Placement Coordinator)
  • Welfare and wellbeing
  • Transfers, suspensions and withdrawals
  • Academic Engagement
  • Appeals and complaints
  • Academic study support

Your students can contact the Support Centre team through Ask a Question on RISIS, further details with locations and telephone contact details are available on Essentials.

We are also here to help you fulfil your role as an Academic Tutor by supporting these processes administratively and acting as a point of contact for you and your students’ queries. For more details about Support Centre structures, roles and responsibilities, please see this document.
