T&L Leadership and You

This workshop is for SDTLs, DDTLs, SDATs, DDATs, Programme Directors and other staff in T&L leadership roles, or who are aspiring to move into such roles. It will provide an introduction to some general leadership concepts, including leadership styles, motivating and supporting others, dealing with challenging behaviour, and developing and communicating your vision and goals. These concepts will be presented in a T&L context. This session aligns with A1, A5, K6, V1, V3 and V4 of the UKPSF.
