School Directors of Academic Tutoring (SDATs) provide School-level leadership for student academic, personal and professional development, and maintain strategic oversight across the School of student success and retention, and student engagement with their studies. Some Schools may also have Departmental Directors of Academic Tutoring (DDATs). You can find a list of Directors of Academic Tutoring on this page.
As an SDAT, you are responsible for:
- Strategic oversight of the Academic Tutor System within the School
- School-level leadership of initiatives to support student engagement with their studies and student development
- Academic leadership and decision-making in relation to student success
- Support for Academic Tutors within the School
