Book a place here. This session is for SDTLs, DDTLs, SDATs, DDATs, Programme Directors, Heads of Department and other staff in T&L leadership roles. It will provide an introduction to models of change, initiating and leading a programme of change, motivating and communicating change, and building a change leadership team. We will explore questions such as • What should successful change look and feel like? • How can I overcome widespread resistance to change and help others see a need for it? • How do I lead a process of change when I don't have authority over colleagues? These concepts will be presented in a T&L context. This session aligns with UKPSF A4, A5, K6, V3, V4....

This workshop is for SDTLs, DDTLs, SDATs, DDATs, Programme Directors and other staff in T&L leadership roles, or who are aspiring to move into such roles.
